Young Men’s Catholic Association, Manickpur along with Daksh Manickpur Medical Group in collaboration with Nanavati Max Multi-Specialty Hospital, Mumbai has organized a COVID Vaccine Camp on 18th of July, 2021 at YMCA Hall in Manickpur from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Online Registrations only, no Walk-ins will be allowed, Payments will have to be made in advance via cash at the YMCA Office from 10 AM – 12 PM.

Some Important Instructions

– Name of vaccine – Covishield
– Cost – ₹800
– Vaccination conducted by – Nanavati Max Multi-speciality Hospital, Mumbai
– Eligible candidates: 18+ and above
– CoWin Registration is compulsory, please ensure you have registered on https://selfregistration.cowin.gov.in/
– Both 1st and 2nd dose will be administered. 2nd dose will be administered only if an individual has completed 84 days from their first dose. Please check your second dose date in CoWin.
– Those with past Covid-19 infection history can register only if they have completed 90 days from the last testing negative.
– If you have any Preexisting Diseases/Comorbidities, please get your doctors certificate permitting the vaccine dose.
– Frontline/healthcare workers can not get their second dose privately. Please visit a government center for the same.
– Online Registrations only, please fill the form. Payment can be made by visiting the YMCA Office from 10 AM – 12 PM.
– Cancellations/substitution not permitted.
